DELIVERY POLICY

This delivery policy is hereby incorporated into and forms part of our agreement with you. You must read this policy together with our Terms and Conditions.

PLACE OF DELIVERY

Mr Electric delivers business to business nationwide South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana, Namibia and Zambia.

On Check out, you will need to indicate the physical address and area code.

Please ensure that you provide us with your daytime delivery details as products are typically delivered during working hours 08h00am - 17h00pm.

Mr Electric does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Your delivery will be delivered to the physical address you specified in the checkout process. If nobody is present at the address at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to deliver the goods a maximum of 3 times before returning them to our warehouse.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery is free.

PAYMENT TYPE AFFECT DELIVERY

If you're paying by credit or debit card and your order reaches us before 16h00pm, your purchase will be packaged and despatched on the same day.

For EFT's and bank transfers we need to check your funds have cleared in our bank account before we dispatch your order. This will be done as fast as possible but you can speed the process up by sending us your proof of payment.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Collections during the calendar week (Monday-Friday) with no public holiday interference, you will receive your order between 24-48 hours after the order process has been completed and payment is confirmed.

With South Africa standard shipping to major centres and when orders are placed during the calendar week (Monday-Friday) with no public holiday interference, you will receive your order between 48-72 hours after the order process has been completed and payment is confirmed, but depending on your location, delivery may occur sooner.

International delivery during the calendar week (Monday-Friday) with no public holiday interference, you will receive your order between 72-120 hours after the order process has been completed and payment is confirmed.

LATE DELIVERY

The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECT Act") entitles you to cancel your purchase within 7 days' notice if the products you have purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in our Terms and Conditions. The product(s) in question must be returned to us in their original state, including all labels. Any such cancellation must be done by via the call centre by either calling +27(11)5818000 or emailing info@mrelectric.co.za will then refund you.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products displayed on Mr Electric website are subject to availability. Mr Electric will inform you as soon as possible if any products ordered are not available. Backorders will be monitored for delivery.
